Redruth Town Council are the proud owners of Redruth Civic Centre/Market Way. The building currently houses Redruth Town Council, including Redruth Library & Information Service; LiveWest Foyer accommodation and a number of retail units in Market Way.

A. The initial Licence term is 12 months, which can be extended if all parties wish to.

A. Price is available on application.
Q. Does the monthly cost include utility bills and business rates?
A. Bills and rates are additional to the monthly Licence fee; utilities are metered and traders can negotiate their own tariffs and suppliers.
Q. What hours is Market Way open?
A. Market Way is open for business six days a week, including Bank Holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
